On Day 91, I kicked off the day with some truly inspirational news from the team—a new plastic barrier had been installed in Indonesia with our partner, Sungai Watch! It’s amazing to see what’s collected in just a single day. It really hits home what’s at stake and why I’m doing this!
By this point in the journey, it feels like the Pacific and I have reached an understanding. I’ve FINALLY been able to head west—woohoo! The wind has shifted, and I’m excited to adjust the tracker in a new direction. As always, I’ve just been taking things as they come, sticking to my routine, and marking off the days at sea.
But the most thrilling news of all? I HIT 100 DAYS AT SEA!!! That’s 2,400 hours on the boat, all dedicated to the mission of combating the ocean plastic crisis.
